How does it work?

We first evaluate your infrastructure on a per-machine and per-application basis. We then review your escalation and support procedures and provide a detailed support proposal based upon the scope of the activities involved in maintaining and administrating the architecture. The proposal will include hourly and monthly support contracts including Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
