  • The building was designed to exceed FEMA standards for critical facility status.
  • The facility has also had a SAS 70 audit/examination performed and passed.
  • Features include (4) Stories of colocation space, (1) level of secured parking (51) spaces and 16,000 sq. ft. of window lined office space.
  • Facility completely upgraded in 2001 to standards higher than the current UBC Essential Facility seismic performance.
  • All facilities infrastructure designed to N+2 (minimum) redundancy. (10) 2.1 Megawatt Hitec Continuous Power Supply (CPS) units provide filtered, backup power.
  • Convenient to all major freeways, San Francisco and Oakland International Airports and downtown San Francisco.
  • Ten (10) 2.1 megawatt Hitec CPS (Continuous Power Systems) units on-site, identical to power backup systems utilized by the U.S. Department of Treasury, NATO Radar Silo installations, Intel, IBM and the air forces of Israel and Brazil. 60,000 gallons of fuel stored on-site for 72 hour full-load power capacity.
  • Flywheel system eliminates need for legacy battery-based UPS systems, which account for 79% of core power failures in large-scale data center environments (per Uptime Institute).
  • Eight (8) 20-ton CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units cool up to 750-kilowatt load in each colocation room with N+2 level redundancy.
  • Automated energy-saving climate and building management controls monitor and adjust all points in the HVAC system
  • Each colocation room equipped with 6 static transfer switch PDUs (Power Distribution Units), redundantly fed from separate sources.
  TierIV Extreme Network

Our facility is network agnostic -- who is your provider? They may already be here, and if not, we'll bring them in!

In cases where we do provide bandwidth, we do not rely on providers to allocate/assign us IP addresses. We have our own registered blocks from ARIN.net. This means our IP addresses are provider independent. At times, providers who are fast and reliable become slow and unreliable. Should we switch providers in the future (businesses need to be flexible), re-numbering IP addresses is not necessary for any of our customers. This is a huge advantage as it enables us to change providers in a rapid yet seamless move thus ensuring exceptional performance for our customers.
